Pet Reception & House Sitting:

●  If the entry is before 7pm: the amount for that full day will be charged.

●  If the entry is after 7pm: you will only be charged from the following day onwards. 

Pet Delivery & House Sitting:

●  Before lunch: you will not be charged for the day.

●  After lunch: the amount for that entire day will be charged.

Extra fees for all services:

●  Reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance: +10%

●  Reservations made less than 1 week in advance: + 20%

●  Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance: + 30%

●  Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance: + 40%

Promos during the stay:

●  10 days or more: 10%

●  15 days or more: 15%

●  20 days or more: 20%

Seasons:

●  Low season: September to June

●  High season: July and August

●  Special seasons: 24, 25 and 31 of December and 1 of January

Cancellation policy:

●  2 weeks before the service: 20% (of the value of the stay)

●  1 week before the service: 30% (of the value of the stay)

●  < 1 week before service: 50% (of the cost of the stay)
