Pet Reception & House Sitting:

• If the entry is before 7pm: the amount for that full day will be charged.

• If the entry is after 7pm: you will only be charged from the following day onwards. 

Pet Delivery & House Sitting:

• Before lunch: you will not be charged for the day.

• After lunch: the amount for that entire day will be charged.

Extra fees for all services:

Reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance: +10%

Reservations made less than 1 week in advance: + 20%

Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance: + 30%

Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance: + 40%
